Expanded metal is made by slitting and stretching a single metal sheet to create diamond or other shaped openings. Unlike perforated sheets, no material is removed — resulting in minimum waste.

What patterns are available in expanded metal?

We manufacture Diamond, Square, Hexagonal, Grating, and Half Round patterns. Special designs are also available at customer request.

What is the maximum thickness for expanded metal sheets?

Maximum thickness is 6mm. Sheets can also be supplied in coil form with custom lengths available on request.
